For a medium and spiritual guide, the website is the first and most important impression. The design uses a deep, rich colour palette, elegant typography, and a calm, premium aesthetic that immediately signals credibility — while Jeanette's portrait puts a real, warm face to the service. Every visual choice was deliberate: this is a site that makes people feel safe enough to reach out.

For a performer who earns a living through live demonstrations, the events page isn't an afterthought — it's the engine of the business. The page features a bold "next event" spotlight, a date calendar so visitors always know what's coming, and separate upcoming and past events archives that build a track record over time. Jeanette can also invite corporate and charity bookings directly from the page. This is the kind of functionality that typically costs thousands through an agency — built lean and fast.

The About page is built around Jeanette's voice, letting her speak in her own words, share her lifetime of experiences, and invite visitors into her world. A curated collection of spirit world stories — covering spirit children, animals, angels, and more — gives browsers reasons to stay, read, and ultimately reach out. This is content design done properly.

Reviews don't belong buried at the bottom of a homepage — they deserve their own space. Jeanette's site has a dedicated testimonials page where every review is given room to breathe. Real names, real quotes, real impact. Client testimonials are cited as the single biggest factor in a first-time service purchase — a dedicated page signals that confidence, not insecurity, about what clients say.

The homepage also surfaces the strongest three reviews above the fold, giving visitors an immediate signal of credibility before they've even explored the site.

Most websites have a generic "send a message" box. This form is built to qualify enquiries before they land in the inbox. A subject dropdown lets visitors self-select between booking Jeanette for an event, making a general event enquiry, requesting a group or private event, or asking a general question — so Jeanette always knows what kind of response is needed before she reads a single word. Submissions are handled serverlessly via Netlify Forms: zero backend, zero maintenance, zero cost. The page also links out to Jeanette's social channels and spells out what visitors can expect — a personal response within 24–48 hours, handled with full confidentiality.
