Marketing, engineered.

Done-for-you marketing with the prices published. One monthly fee covers the running of it. After that you pay per piece of content, only for what you order.

Four films · swipe · press to play
Logo animation The KTS mark, cut by a laser and assembled.
Project film Lytham Van Hire's online booking, on captures of the live site. Real work: the case study.
Exploded view A planetary gearhead taken apart and labelled, part by part. An invented product.
Explainer scene A van hire, from booking to return, across a small town. No real business is shown.

Animated from a model, not filmed.

A product, a logo or a process can be built as a 3D model and animated, so there is nothing to film and nothing to photograph. A real product can be modelled from its maker's drawings and dimensions.

One of the four shows real work: the booking system I built for Lytham Van Hire, on captures of the live site. I made that film for the KTS Instagram. The other three are demonstrations: my own logo, a gearhead that does not exist, and a town with no business named in it. They play without sound here.

A 3D animation is quoted per piece, because a logo and a working gearbox are not the same job. Tell me what it has to show.

You pay for the work, not the overhead.

Software does the research and the first drafts, which is why a post can cost what it does. I set the plan, edit every piece and approve it, and nothing is published until you have signed it off.

  • You pay for posts, not platforms. Every unit has a published price — order what you want, when you want it.
  • No offices, no account managers, no agency markup. You pay for the work, not the overhead.
  • Every piece is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes live.
  • Written to read as a person wrote it, in your brand voice.
  • Ad spend and print production are passed through at cost — never marked up.
  • You keep ownership of every account, page and asset.
  • One month minimum, then month to month. One month's notice.

Plain terms.

Billing

Monthly, on the same date each month. The retainer, modules and channel fees are charged for the month ahead; content is charged in arrears for what actually published that month.

Minimum term

1 month, then month to month. Notice: 1 month.

Scheduling

Schedule whatever you like across the month. The bill is simply everything that ran in it.

Approval

Nothing is published until a human has read it and you have signed it off.

Ownership

You own every account, page and asset. It stays yours if we part ways.

Ad spend and print

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform, at cost. Print and production are passed through at exactly what the supplier charged.

Deposit

No deposit on the retainer. Setup offers and print design follow the standard 50% deposit terms.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround assumes up to 80 items per client per month. Beyond that, agree a longer lead time upfront.

VAT: not applicable (KTS Pro Solutions is not VAT registered).

Marketing Questions

Payment terms and what you own are also covered on the main FAQ page.

How is the monthly bill worked out?

In two parts. The management retainer is £150 a month and pays for the running of it: the content calendar, the scheduling, the publishing and a monthly report, with your first channel included. Each further channel is £10 a month.

Then you pay for the content itself, per piece, at the published price: £1.50 for a single-image post and £18 for an SEO article, for example. Monthly, on the same date each month. The retainer, modules and channel fees are charged for the month ahead; content is charged in arrears for what actually published that month.

Is the content written by AI?

Software does the research and the first drafts, which is how a post can be priced the way it is. I edit and approve every piece, and it is written in your brand voice, to read as a person wrote it.

Nothing is published until a human has read it and you have signed it off. That applies to every post, article and email, however small.

Do I own the accounts and what is made for them?

Yes. You own every account, page and asset. It stays yours if we part ways. A social profile is set up with a handover document so that you keep control of it, and the brand kit comes as a full asset pack that you can use anywhere, with or without me.

What about advertising spend and printing costs?

Neither is marked up. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform, at cost. Print and production are passed through at exactly what the supplier charged.

What I charge for is the design, per piece: a business card design is £35, for example, and the printing is then the printer's own price, with the supplier's quote shown to you.

Is there a contract, and what does it cost to start?

The minimum term is 1 month, then month to month, and the notice to stop is 1 month. No deposit on the retainer. Setup offers and print design follow the standard 50% deposit terms.
