Book a van

The booking flow is the commercial engine of the platform. A customer picks a van category, chooses dates, and the system checks live availability before taking a Stripe deposit to lock the booking in — all in a few guided steps.
Because availability and payment are handled in real time, double-bookings and no-shows drop away. The van is reserved the moment the deposit clears, with a confirmation emailed automatically.

Every vehicle in the fleet has its own place on the site, grouped by category so customers can quickly find the size they need — compact vans, versatile mediums, large loaders, and tail-lift Lutons.
Behind the scenes, a dynamic pricing engine calculates the cost from vehicle type, hire duration, and any extras. Prices are always consistent and correct, with no manual quoting and no room for error.

Van hire lives and dies on insurance compliance. The platform issues each customer a secure, tokenised link to a document-upload page, so licences and insurance proof are submitted safely online — never over email, never lost.
Staff then review and approve each document from the admin dashboard, so the vehicle only leaves the yard once everything checks out. It protects the business and speeds up handover.
The whole business, behind one login.
Away from the public site sits a password-protected admin suite where the day-to-day happens: staff view and manage every booking, update dates, cancel or complete jobs, and approve insurance submissions.
They can print a vehicle condition report for each hire — the record that protects the business against damage disputes. It’s a complete back-office, not a bolt-on.
A Xero integration closes the loop: invoices are generated and sent automatically, and React Email templates keep customers informed at every stage. The admin does the accounting so the owner doesn’t have to.
